Welcome to Bella Vista—a serene waterfront escape on the Patuxent River. This stylish retreat offers stunning views, cozy interiors, and dreamy outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or celebrating. Ideal for couples, families, or friends, Bella Vista blends comfort and charm just minutes from Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy sunsets, firepits, and peaceful vibes at this one-of-a-kind stay.

The space
Bella Vista is a waterfront retreat designed for relaxation, celebration, and connection. The open-concept dining area seats eight and flows onto the river-view patio. The kitchen includes a lounge area, gas stove, two ovens, a Nespresso and Keurig (with water dispenser), and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and outdoor-safe dinnerware. A spacious island invites gathering for meals or coffee.

Inside, unwind in the sunroom, or head to the lower level with its pool table, full bar, cozy sectional, and smart TV. The main living room features another smart TV, fireplace, sectional, and bar—perfect for movies or lounging. A dedicated gym offers a Peloton Tread, elliptical, red light therapy, and infrared sauna, plus its own TV.

Sleeping Accommodations:

Bedroom 1: King bed, 65” smart TV, walk-in closet with full-length mirror, en-suite master bath with double vanity, handicap-accessible walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: King bed, 60” smart TV, full-length mirror, en-suite with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 50” smart TV, full-length mirror, en-suite with soaking tub, shower, and double vanity.

Bedroom 4: Queen bed, 50” smart TV, full-length mirror; bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity is just next door.

All bedrooms include premium linens, pillows, reading lights, remotes for window shades, and closet storage with hangers and shelves. Each bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, washcloths, hairdryers, robes, and slippers.

Laundry Room:
Two washers, two dryers, utility sink, detergent, stain remover, dryer sheets, and hanging area for bathing suits.

Outdoor Highlights:
Let’s be honest—this is why you’re here. The backyard is a private oasis:

Pool & Hot Tub: Heated pool and a hot tub . Pool towels provided.

Fire Pits: One wood-burning with four Adirondack chairs, plus 2 gas fire pits on the patio with seating for evening s’mores. Marshmallow skewers included.

Lounge Areas: patio with a large couch, swivel chairs, and outdoor dining table under string lights (seats 8). Four poolside lounge chairs with side tables.

Activities: Pier access, paddleboards, canoes, kayaks, corn hole, jumbo Jenga, spike ball, Bocce, beer pong, pool rafts, and toys.

Outdoor Dining: Plastic wine glasses, cups, and plates available for safe backyard use.

Bella Vista blends indoor luxury with outdoor fun, making it perfect for family getaways, girls' weekends, or relaxing waterfront retreats.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, including the front yard, backyard, and all outdoor amenities. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, multiple fire pits (gas and wood-burning), decks, and plenty of seating for relaxation. Water lovers can take advantage of the paddleboards, canoes, and kayaks. Inside, you’re welcome to explore every room— from the dining area to the sunroom, lower-level game space, and gym. Bella Vista is yours to enjoy!
