Named for its beauty, the home boasts > 3300 sq feet of living space with 30 guests maximum capacity, private pool, hot tub, built-in outdoor BBQ, walking garden, double-deck wrap-around porch, corn hole/bean bag toss, game room, billiards, shuffleboard, music room, theater/stage space, private play set, 5 tree swings, a mini-league soccer field (seasonal), 2 indoor fireplaces, an outdoor fire pit (winter only), a mini-league softball/kickball diamond (seasonal), and walking trails with sitting benches.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM

Bedroom 1 Master (sleeps 5):
Queen size bed, Ensuite bathroom with stand-alone bathtub & walk-in shower for two with ceiling heater, dual vanity, television, ceiling fan, private access to upper-level wrap-around patio and seating. Three sitting chair futons fold into separate single beds to sleep a total of five in the master suite.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 4):

PET RULES: We welcome certain pets in certain circumstances. 1 to 2 dogs or cats will be allowed on a case-by-case basis based on animal size and breed. An additional $150 fee (applicable to bookings made starting April 28, 2026) will be required per pet once approved. If approved, pets are permitted only on the exterior of the home but only in one location inside the home (see below) and no where else on interior floors or carpeting. The outdoor patio includes pet access to the comfortable furnished porches. A large kennel will be made available within the covered patio once a pet is approved and access to a fenced dog area for roaming and bathroom needs. The entire outdoor space (5 acres) can be used by pets, including the enclosed upper level wrap-around porch (furnished with patio furniture and rugs, tables, seating areas) as well as the (unenclosed) lower level wrap-around porch (also furnished but without rugs). Guests are to report any bathroom accidents within the enclosed upper-level porch for specific attention on clean up. Animals are not allowed inside the home at any time. But, for days of extreme cold or hot temperatures, indoor space in the climate-controlled laundry room and adjacent laundry bathroom can be made available (pet-proof tile). This is the only interior space that could be made permissible for pets in addition to the enclosed patio space and all outdoor spaces. Prior damage to furniture and flooring prompted this hybridized pet policy that limits indoor pet activity to a single area only.
