ARRIVAL
Bél da Fèr is located in the Crocetta district of Parma, and is easily accessible both by car and bus.
BY CAR, it is a 10-minute drive from the highway, Parma exit. Free parking is available in front of the accommodation.
BY TRAIN, Parma train station is well connected to the apartment:
1 - Bus number 12, direct from the FS Station, stop: CROCETTA, Via Emilia Ovest (15 minutes), 500 meters on foot
2 - Bus number 12, change to bus number 4 in Via Gramsci, stop: VIA MORDACCI (20 minutes), 150 meters on foot.

BY PLANE: Parma airport is 3.7 km from the apartment, it takes only 7 minutes by car or taxi.
Bus number 6, change to Bus number 12 at the train station, stop: CROCETTA, Via Emilia Ovest (30 minutes), 500 meters on foot
ENTRANCE
Independent entry is possible with combined Self Check-In or traditional reception with explanation of possibilities and house rules. In case of Self Check-in, it is not necessary to enter the condominium to access the accommodation for the first time. The security shutter is opened remotely upon your arrival and allows access to the kitchen.
During the stay, the apartment can be accessed from the condominium stairwell.
KITCHEN
Brand new and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, coffee maker). In the kitchen there is a 6-seater table, extendable to 8. The environment is modern with a vintage food touch to discover. From the kitchen you can access the private courtyard and the living room on the raised first floor.
PRIVATE COURTYARD
You can access the private courtyard, for exclusive use through an internal door in the kitchen. The cover is self-propelled, you can sunbathe, admire the starry sky or enjoy an outdoor dinner, respecting the indicated quiet hours (10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.).
LIVING ROOM
The living room leads the guest to discover Parma, introducing them to its symbolic places and the sports champions of our territory. It is complete with Smart TV with easy access to the most used platforms (YouTube, Netflix, etc.), sofa bed, extendable console table and themed furniture. Some readings and prints on Parma are available that can be a starting point for cultural visits in the city and province.
BATHROOMS
In the sleeping area, there are 2 bathrooms with shower, window, mirror, bidet, hairdryer, and towel service.
GOLD DOUBLE BEDROOM
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, vintage mirror, 5-door wardrobe and a small gym equipped with a treadmill and workout equipment in front of the Olympic Wall that celebrates the achievements of Italian and world Olympic heroes.
DIGITAL SINGLE ROOM
The single room is equipped with a full-size bed (120 cm), a three-door wardrobe and a vintage gaming or smart working station with a 27” monitor that can be connected to a device via an HDMI cable.
TIP FOR STARTING THE DAY OFF RIGHT...
Breakfast can be enjoyed at Bar Latteria dal Beccio, which is 50 meters from the apartment, every day except Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday and Sunday, breakfast will be suggested in a bar that can be reached in 5 minutes by car (Harlem Bar, via Savani).
