Beautiful, cosy and welcoming home away from home situated in a peaceful corner of the manor grounds at Atlantic Reach Resort. Beechmount Villa is situated 6 miles from Newquay. Excellent base to explore Newquay's fantastic beaches and coastline, Padstow's harbour for Rick Stein's restaurant, St Austell's Eden Project & Port Isaac a charming little harbour. Bookings include free access to indoor & outdoor swimming pools, the gym & tennis courts and soft play (perfect for kids aged 1-6 years).

The space
A fully equipped villa for all your needs and sleeps 4 adults.

The Living room comes with a 50-inch smart TV, DVD player, corner sofa, nest of tables, bookcase with a selection of DVD’s and books and storage ottoman with games. Free Wi-Fi is available on the property.

Kitchen/Dining area: The well-equipped kitchen comes with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, tall fridge/freezer, kitchen table, chairs and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and utensils. There is also a washing machine available to use. There is also an on-site launderette which is available to use at a cost.

Outdoor area: Towards the back of the property, sliding doors open to a beautiful and peaceful outdoor patio area with an outdoor dining area perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or enjoying a meal.

Upstairs hosts 2 bedrooms and a bath with a shower, toilet and heated towel rail. The Master room has a double bed with a built-in storage cupboard and a TV. The second room has two comfortable single beds, one cupboard and a dressing table. There is also a small single floor mattress available to use at an extra charge if you require them.

Please note that linen and towels are included.

In the understairs cupboard there is an iron, ironing board, fan (for hot days) and a vacuum cleaner. There is also an outdoor mat that you may use in the outdoor area.

Guest access
Keys will be available in a key safe from 3pm on the day of your arrival.

Located at The Atlantic Reach Holiday Resort with a superb range of leisure facilities, including a well equipped gym, a range of studio fitness classes (for an extra charge), a warm indoor swimming pool and a big 25m outdoor pool open in the summer with a baby pool (open from the end of May to October). This villa has leisure passes included so guests have free use of these facilities.

Guests can use the on-site cafe and Manor Arms pub, both serve good food and drinks and have Wi-Fi access. Guests are also able to access the outdoor play area and the Teen den.

Parking is available close to the property.

Please note that our prices are reflective of the additional cost that we pay to be able to provide access to the leisure facilities.

Beechmount Villa is a pet-free rental so we cannot accept any bookings with dogs or other pets. The house is also a no smoking property which includes VAPE pens and this applies to the outside patios as well.

Atlantic Reach is a family-friendly resort and therefore we can only accept bookings from families and couples.
