Nestled inside a secure gated Townhouse subdivision at B3, L-34, Kathlyn Street, Xevera Mabalacat, Pampanga. This charming home offers a blend of comfort and style, perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape. Conveniently located just a short walk from the main entrance of the subdivision, simply turn right at the first street, and you’ll find yourself at Bean Street Cottage. Within the subdivision, there is free access to a large outdoor swimming pool and a kiddie pool. (Message us to receive the free pool pass.)
The pool is unavailable on Mondays and Tuesdays due to scheduled cleaning and maintenance.
