Neighborhood highlights

Beacon Lodge is set on the (large) garden of Beacon House. The village of Summercourt has two pubs and a shop with post office, plus a children's play park.

Located just off the A30 and we are easy to get to, and ideally placed to explore the whole of Cornwall.

Newquay and its beaches are 7 miles away so about 15 minutes by car, Padstow and Perranporth are both about 20 minutes away with a multitude of amazing beaches in-between.

The City of Truro just a bit further west on the A30 is again only about 20 minutes away. The beautiful south coast harbour village of Mevagissey is just 15 miles away.

Our closest shops (after the well stocked village shop) are the Kingsley Village retail park at Fraddon a couple of minutes away in the car and include M&S (Food ,Clothing and Home), Next, Boots, TK Max, Mountain Warehouse, Starbucks and McDonalds. There is also a Shell service station here with electric charge points.

The London Inn in the village offers a good selection of drinks, inc. real ales and a traditional pub food menu with generous portions at sensible prices with something for everyone.

The Foxes Revenge based at Carvynick touring park has a great outside space and is currently offering an interesting and tasty menu based on their Smoker, BBQ and Pizza ovens.
