The second floor is reached from the kitchen via a spiral staircase. The primary guest room has a king bed, reading nook, large dresser, spacious closet, and a private balcony with a bistro table and two chairs offering spectacular views of Little Oyster Creek. The second bedroom features a queen bed, chair, large closet, and dresser. Between the bedrooms is a full bathroom with shower/tub, vanity, and toilet.
One level higher is the top wrap-around observation deck, where you can enjoy views of all three waterways. Stargaze at night with the provided telescope or sip coffee while watching boats and jet skis move in and out of the creek.
UNFINISHED BASEMENT (not living space)
A new (2023) commercial-size washer and dryer are located here (detergent not provided) along with a kayak, stand-up paddleboard, and several life vests for guest use. In the summer, two kayaks are mounted outside and one kayak plus the SUP are stored inside. All water toys are brought inside during winter months but remain available for guest use. Two new sliding glass doors make it easy to move the equipment in and out.
OUTSIDE
Newly built steps from the deck lead down to a large yard featuring a newly designed fire pit with seating and an upgraded hammock. There’s plenty of room for cornhole, croquet, frisbee, or letting kids burn off energy. A charcoal grill sits at the base of the steps—perfect for cooking your catch of the day. An outdoor private shower is ideal for rinsing off after a day on the water (water is turned off October–April).
