The space
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and seating for four, along with bar stools and eating bar. Enjoy complimentary K-Cup coffee pods and tea.

The open-concept living area includes a comfortable sleeper sofa (most suitable for kids), a leather chair, and smart-TV, with Spectrum Cable.

The separate bedroom has a door for privacy and includes two full-size beds and a walk-in closet for storage.

The unit features a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, stocked with eco-friendly organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

A storage room is available for guests and includes beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach umbrella.

Other things to note
There is construction at a neighboring property on weekdays, however guests staying at the complex have had no recent complaints.

The Marlin complex has a shared large patio facing the beach with grills and picnic tables. There's an outdoor "shower" (hose in the patio area) where you can wash off your feet before coming back to the unit (just please be sure to turn it off). Coin-operated laundry machines are available for guest use on the east end of the building. There's space for 1 vehicle.
