Welcome to Beach Pond Acres, a peaceful New Hampshire retreat designed for gathering, unwinding, and making the most of every season. Open the dual French doors and let the fresh air drift through the home beneath soaring wood ceilings. Spend cozy evenings curled up by the fireplace, challenge each other to movie nights in the living room, or sink into the Jacuzzi tub after a full day of adventure. Outside, Adirondack chairs and fire pits invite you to slow down, share stories beneath the stars, and savor the quiet beauty of your surroundings.

Whether you’re here for summer lake days, the vibrant colors of fall, or a snowy winter escape, Beach Pond Acres offers the perfect balance of togetherness and space to recharge.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed + full-size pullout bed
• Bedroom 2: King bed + two twin beds
• Additional sleeping space: Pullout bed in the main floor living room

There are two separate upstairs bedrooms, each with its own door. Bedroom 2 is a spacious open style room with one king bed and two twin beds, all within the same rom

Beach Pond Acres is the kind of place where the days feel a little slower, the conversations last a little longer, and the memories are the ones you’ll find yourself revisiting long after you’ve returned home.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the unfinished basement and the garage, which will remain inaccessible during the stay.

An EV charger is available for guest use at no additional cost and is located on the exterior wall of the garage.

Other things to note
The outdoor space is unbeatable. We love spending time on the covered porch at any hour of the day. The yard is huge and your group will love setting up lawn games or the kids will love using their imaginations playing among the granite boulders. And don't underestimate the moments of making s'mores around the campfire in the smokeless firepit every night after exploring Wolfeboro all day!
Also available to all guests at no fee is a Tesla Level 2 charger, right outside of the garage. Relax knowing you will have full charge in just a few hours and will be able to discover the best of what the Lakes Region has to offer!
