Beach’n @ SPI- a true Penthouse Oceanfront Oasis

Gorgeous 3bed/2bath condo on the 12th floor with spectacular views of the ocean/beach as well as the bay. Sleeps 8: Master- 1 King, Bedroom 2- 1 Queen, Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds and a laundry room! Huge outdoor patio w/ seating for 8. Flat screen TV's in every room with Roku, cable, WIFI, and JBL surround sound speakers. Fully stocked kitchen.

Grounds has 3 pools one of which is heated, 3 hot tubs, & tiki huts that serve food and cocktails.

The space
Welcome to our oceanfront beach condo! Our dream to own a condo, steps away from beach with an amazing view, has finally come to fruition and we are so happy to share it with you.

The grounds are very well kept and have so much to offer with 3 heated hot tubs, 3 pools (1 which is heated), tennis courts and seasonal tiki huts that serve food and beverages.

We’ve worked hard to make our condo a true beach oasis with a home like feeling. My favorite part about the condo is the open floor plan, views of the beach & bay, as well as a large balcony accompanied by views and sounds from the gulf.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, spa like shower and full sized washer & dryer.

Guest bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen sized bed and has a spectacular view of the bay side.

Guest Bedroom #2 has 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total) with an adjacent full bathroom and views of the Bay as well as the beach/gulf.

The condo has WIFI, big screen TV’s, JBL surround sound speakers that connect to your phone, and ceiling fans in almost every room. All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TV’s, Roku, Netflix & cable. Although we don’t recommend spending too much time indoors!!

We boast a fully stocked kitchen (we live here 6 months a year so it’s prepared for anything!) including a stocked Keurig, beach toys, games and furniture, a balcony with a couch, and has views that most dare not dream of!!

Other things to note
We also have a hot and cold Primo water dispenser to include 3 water jugs. You can easily fill up the water jugs at any water station. You will find a Primo water station outside of CVS and Blue Marlin grocery store.
