Sitting in Private 2,000 sqm Beachfront Estate, Lila house is a small home by the sea, surrounded by trees, mountains and the ocean. With one bedroom, a separate office room, your own beach and a tropical garden, there’s plenty of space to slow down, work online and enjoy some privacy. A lovely place for a simple, free spirited island life close to nature.

The space
Best suited for solo travelers or couples who love nature, privacy and an easygoing island lifestyle, especially those working remotely and looking to stay a little longer.

While the house feels secluded, you’re not isolated. Kiki Coconut Beach Resort is right next door along the same beach, you can easily walk there from the beach or access it from the road. They’re very friendly and serve food and drinks. Rory’s is a little further away, and there are small local grocery shops along the road for everyday essentials.

Other things to note
This is a home for people who are comfortable living close to nature rather than looking for a serviced resort experience. Expect the occasional insects and little geckos, and during some seasons the sea may bring natural debris onto the beach. There is no daily housekeeping (typically Airbnb, cleaning service during stay can be requested for a fee) or beach-cleaning team, just simple, independent island living.

The house is about a 10-minute drive from Ham Ninh Market, 20 minutes from Phu Quoc International Airport, and around 30 minutes from Duong Dong town.
