Located just two blocks from the public beach in the north end of town, you'll have easy access to all this popular destination has to offer. Our home away from home is fully equipped and in a prime location, close to the sand, surf, and local attractions. Whether you want to relax on the beach, or explore the town, our condo has everything you need. Make lasting memories with us in one of Maryland's top vacation spots.

Complimentary WiFi is available for guests. Flat screen TVs along with roku and a wii are available for your use Roku has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Vudu, Prime Video, HBO Max and NBA TV, which are all logged into and available to stream.

Enjoy the gorgeous waterfront sunset from the deck, which includes a table with seating for four.

An electric fireplace and heat is available for off season guests.

**Please note this is a self catering unit. A starter welcome basket is provided to include toilet paper, paper towels and soaps, etc. If additional items are needed those will need to brought or purchased by the guest. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and upon your departure. A mid stay clean is available as an additional charge**

The unit is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator in the building.

Located 2 blocks from Northside Park, which has Sundaes in the park during the summer and Ocean City Festival of Lights in the winter. Plus many restaurants and activities to complement the beach located less than blocks away.

We are also with in walking distance to Starbucks, Candy Kitchen, Grotto pizza, The Crabcake Factory, Food Lion, McDonalds, Dumsers Ice Cream and many other local restaurants, pubs, and quick eats.

There are many activities within walking distance including mini golf.

North side park is 2 blocks away which has Sunday’s in the park & live music in the summer and the “winter lights” during the holiday season. Bring folding chairs and a cooler and enjoy everything Northside Park has to offer.
