This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has been lovingly updated to create an airy, beachy feel that’s perfect to share with friends & family.
The space
Bright and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home located in the peaceful town of Villas, just steps to the Delaware Bay beach.
The home offers three well-sized bedrooms which sleeps 8 comfortably.
The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite full bathroom. The guest bedroom offers another queen sized bed. The third bedroom is the most fun of all, with 4 twins! There are bunk beds with steps leading to the top bunk containing built in drawers for storage, and a trundle bed under the bottom bunk. Lastly there is a twin sized day bed tucked under two large windows perfect to enjoy a good book or use as an additional bed.
The large living room has high ceilings and ample natural light. A great gathering space to play a game or watch a movie after a fun filled day on the beach. There is a full sized sofa bed which can sleep one or two comfortably.
There is a utility closet in the hallway with a washer and dryer and extra cleaning supplies if needed.
The kitchen is recently updated and comes fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Complete with a 5-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal in sink, toaster oven, and Keurig/coffee pot combo. The eat-in dining area has seating for 6.
Just off the kitchen is a large deck with 6-person dining set to enjoy a meal with friends and family. The deck has access to the large back yard, perfect to play a pick up yard game.
The side yard has a beautiful patio with an 8-person conversation lounge set to kick back and relax with a beverage.
Take a cool dip in the private above ground pool after a day at the beach.

Be sure to check out the beach trail at Higbee Beach, or play a round of mini golf while waiting for the sunset at the lovely Sunset Beach.
The Wildwood Boardwalk is also only 15 minutes away and there’s no shortage of fun to be had day or night. Also, the beaches in Wildwood are free!
