• 1x king-size bed in the master bedroom, with an attached toilet and water heater.
• 1x queen-size bed in the common room.
• 1x tatami queen-size bed in the loft.
• 1x common toilet (no water heater).

We provide a default of 4 towels and 4 toiletries, basically to support up to 4 guests (2-bedroom unit).
Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire space, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, private garden, and all smart home devices for a truly memorable stay. Additionally, you can enjoy clubhouse facilities such as the swimming pool and gym, which are available for a daily fee of approximately $5.

Security: The area is secured with 24/7 on-site security personnel, so you can feel safe and comfortable throughout your stay.
Smart Home Features: Operate the lights, air conditioning, music, and more using our smart home system. Simply say, "Hey Gogel," followed by a command like, "Turn on the music," or "Turn off the lights." It’s easy and convenient!
Smoking: Smoking inside the house is prohibited. A fine of $300 will be imposed for any violations.
