The villa was clean and ample spaces for get together and children can run around. Great for large families.

It’s a beautiful 2-storey villa which is great for a weekend getaway like a girls trip or family trip :) the moment you step in, the view and vibes are breathtaking! Really comfy and spacious to chill in. Everything was clean and our stay was very pleasant. Good to also have access to facilities at nongsa point resort. Remember to check with reception about shuttle bus timings ahead of time! Just note that it’s quite a steep staircase climb leading to the villa so probably not the most suitable for elderly to get there.

We much enjoyed our stay. The villa was nice, well-furnished, spacious, and comfortable. it is the best place to go whenever you want to relax in a tropical resort with an authentic flavour. Is is only 45 minutes by boat from Singapore. Commincaton with Oliver was very kind and easy. We plan to come back again!

This villa was just perfect for the time we needed. With a two minutes walk to the beach and pool, and easy accessibility to the neighboring resorts for activities, was a major highlight. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. We had a great time.

We’ve stayed here twice for commercial F&B shoots, and it’s honestly one of the best Airbnbs in Batam! The place has everything—high-tech setup, fully equipped kitchen, a nice garden, washing machine, and even a big TV. Super convenient, and the host is great too. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely place in a gated community and part of the Nongsa resort. The house was spacious with two bathrooms and excellent WiFi and air-conditioning. Grab and Gojek are good cheap options to get around.

a very nice host. and super safe house . because of opposite house is a rich person who have 24/7 security guards. budi is very friendly and helpful too.
