The space
***READ BEFORE BOOKING FOR FALL -As of October 1st 2025: Peak 9 Inn Window & Façade Renovation Project is mostly complete and there is not active construction on our side of the building. However, there is scaffolding near our windows and the building will have a crane on site, and construction materials in the skier learning area. Construction times are M-F 7a-7p. All Amenities including the pools, hot tubs, and fitness room are OPEN. 10/27/25-10/31/25: The POOL & HOT TUBS will be CLOSED due to crane removal safety concerns. Crane disassembly will take place this week. The community room, sauna, steam room, bathrooms, fitness center, gaming, and movie rooms will remain open
Scaffolding removal starts mid-November. Everything should be moved out and completed by the end of November or early December. Our unit is currently discounted October-December to accommodate for the construction.***
ABOUT OUR PROPERTY:
*PEAK 9 INN AT THE VILLAGE - ROOM 4208
We are on the 2nd floor of Peak 9 Inn with views of the chairlift. Our bright 400 square foot studio is thoughtfully designed to make the most out of the cozy space. Sleeps up to 4 people in a brand new King bed with a memory foam mattress and a comfy Queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen can seat 4 at the island/bar and is fully stocked with oven, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee bar (coffee maker, Keurig, flavored pods, cream, sugar, flavored syrups, and tea), blender, toaster, and everything you need to cook a hearty meal. Or walk just a block to the heart of Main Street for amazing restaurant options. We are happy to share our favorite spots with you! The bathroom is spacious with double sinks, a separate shower/bath, and toilet room. Thanks to recent renovations at the Village, we have beautiful new windows and we will now be able to offer a true portable AC in the Summer months in 2026!
*LOCATION - THE VILLAGE
The Village at Breckenridge is the best location in Breck as it’s walking distance to both the slopes and the historic downtown Main Street. It's connected to ski school, the Quicksilver Chairlift and Silverthorne green ski run. Great for beginners and easy access to the rest of the mountain. We are a block away from the Blue River to hop on the bike trail or walk the town. Hiking trails right from the property. Shuttles and city buses drop off directly at the building. Lift ticket sales, and ski rentals are located in the Village Complex.
*BUILDING AMENITIES
~Health Club/Gym is just 1 floor below us, open from 6am-10pm (pools and hot tubs open from 10a to 10pm) and includes:

-Movie Theater & Xbox Gaming room: Seats up to 15 people and reservable in the room key app
-Newly remodeled fitness room

~Ski check is available for free at Christy Sports in the Shavano building of the complex.
~Free ski & luggage lockers are located inside the garage near the health club door. Lockers can hold luggage and skis for up to 4 guests. Available daily from 8a-5p via a reservation in the room key app.
*EARLY CHECK IN/ LATE DEPARTURE
We can offer you full access to the Health Club (see amenities above) as early as 8am on your arrival day and up to 5pm on your check out date. We usually can't confirm early check in until the morning of your reservation, but feel free to ask. We can not offer late check out.
*PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Parking is $30 per night and will be charged through a separate Airbnb request once availability is confirmed. This is a discounted rate to keep it affordable for our guests year-round as the parking rate from our HOA continues to increase. We have a heated garage in the building with paid parking. PARKING MUST BE RESERVED AND PAID FOR IN ADVANCE AND IS BASED ON AVAILABILITY. It fills up during peak season so please request parking at the time of booking! Booking your lodging reservation, does not guarantee a parking spot. There are not enough spots for all guests in the building so we cannot guarantee parking until it is confirmed and paid for. Garage entry height is 7’6”.
If we cannot accommodate your parking request or parking is not needed we will provide you with alternate paid lot options. Keep in mind there is NO FREE PARKING in all of Breckenridge. We highly recommend opting for a Shuttle instead as there are many options and this is the safest way to arrive. Based on our convenient location, you do not need a car once you arrive. The top shuttles are: Epic Mountain Express, Summit Express, Peak 1 Express & Fresh Tracks. Keep in mind that CO passed a new traction law all cars (rental or personal) must have four-wheel or all-wheel drive, or snow tires or traction chains and minimum depth for tire tread to be 3/16 of an inch, 24 hours a day between September 1 and May 31 on I-70 up to the mountains. Tickets are expensive!
*OTHER
We have incredible housekeeping team who we have worked with for years. They work very hard and arrive on time regardless of the mountain conditions. We offer a discounted rate of $110 for short stays, but otherwise please do not ask us to discount our housekeeping further as we value our housekeepers greatly.
We allow instant booking to make your travel plans smooth, but if you have questions prior to booking, please reach out. Due to the popularity during summer and winter months, we cannot hold your dates prior to booking.
We offer a 10% discount for weekly stays.
We are located in the mountains and as such, weather is unpredictable. We do not offer refunds due to weather delays. If you are concerned about weather impacting your trip, I recommend the low cost of Travel Insurance offered through Airbnb!
Other things to note
None of the units have A/C as it’s rarely needed but we have a high powered ceiling fan, portable fan and windows for ventilation. No fireplace. No balcony. Our HOA does not allow pets for this unit.
The front desk and valet is not available to our guests as this is a service only for Vail Resort guests. You are not able to use the front desk ski valet, get help with parking or keys, linens, or maintenance. Please contact me directly with anything you need!
