Recently renovated 200 year old barn and loft on a small working farm. The barn is tucked behind the farmhouse. We have 2 self contained holiday lets that are booked on here as one for a bigger party. The downstairs has kingsize bed, sofabed kitchen area bathroom and direct access to the hot tub. The upstairs has a separate entrance kingsize bed, sofabed, kitchen and bathroom. When booked via airbnb you are booking the whole building. we can sleep 6 over 2 kingsize beds and 2 sofabeds.

The space
Downstairs 'the barn' has an open plan kitchen/living area with 2 steps up to the bathroom and bedroom. There is a 50inch smart tv in both the bedroom and living area. The covered space has a hot tub seating area perfect for relaxing. The upstairs 'loft' 50inch smart tv kingsize bed sofabed bathroom and kitchen area this has stairs on the outside of the building leading to its entrance.

Guests have access to the barn, covered hot tub area, lane to the road is always open for access, walks etc

Our place is on a working farm there may be the odd tractor in the yard or animal noise.

We are 1 mile from maghera village with the maghera inn at the end of our road and a 5 minute drive from Newcastle and Castlewellan
Murlough beach just a short drive away.
