Other things to note
This cozy house is located in the mountains and woods, so the occasional woodland critter, pest, or bug is usual.

- 2 Cars MAX are allowed at any time at the house (no street parking).

-This home has a very steep driveway to the house so you will need 4WD or chains in winter months, there is also space for 1 car at the top of the driveway in the flat parking space at the top. Code Enforcement actively patrols the area and it's a $1,000 fine to you if there are more than 2 cars in the driveway and any cars in the street.

-we do not have salt or oil in the kitchen

-we don’t supply firewood for the fireplace
