Welcome to this beautiful, modern, newly renovated ground-floor apartment located in the charming coastal parish of Ferrel, just minutes from the famous surf coastline near Baleal Beach.
This bright open-concept apartment is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy the relaxed Portuguese coastal lifestyle.

The space
This is a newly renovated modern open concept space, perfect for a family of 4 people and can stay up to 6 people. Two large bedrooms with double beds in each, one large bathroom containing a shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink, also towel warming rack to make your stay much more comfortable.
You have bed linens, extra blankets and towels provided for you and all your guests.
To make your stay even more comfortable we have included a washing machine and drying racks.

Other things to note
We ask that you keep the space as clean as you find it upon your departure but understand that there will be clean up to do therefore, there is a €50 cleaning fee that will be charged at end of stay.
