Balbo 9b is in a Limited Traffic Zone, but if you arrive before 9pm you can approach the apartment by car to unload your luggage (excluding holidays).
- A few minutes away, outside the ZTL, you can park for free in via Petraglione.
- Paid parking is also available (€ 0.60/h) along Via Manifattura Tabacchi, Via Duca degli Abruzzi or near Porta San Biagio (09-14 and 16-21, free on holidays).

_ Send in advance your arrival time and a photo of a valid ID for each guest.
_ When you arrive in via Balbo 9, call us: we will open the door and the door of your apartment at a distance.
_ Once inside, you will find the keys already inserted in the electrical panel near the entrance. Simply turn the key clockwise to turn on the lights.
