The space
The dining area is good for 4 pax, and the breakfast nook includes 2 high chairs.

The living room includes a sofa (if you have extra pax) and 40-inch Google TV with Netflix (Yes! You can use the account).

The bathroom is equipped with complete set of shower, bidet, mirror and storage, hand soap, toilet paper.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
- Refrigerator (with free 4 pitcher of mineral water)
- 2 induction cookers
- Range hood
- Rice cooker
- Air fryer
- Frying pan and Casserole
- Electric Kettle

Guests have full, exclusive access to Balay Lumanay, including the spacious bedroom, cozy living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. We want you to feel completely at home!

Arrival: To help you plan your arrival, please note that the unit is a pleasant 4-5 minute walk from the main Guard House. If you are arriving by car, it is a quick 1-minute drive.

Quiet Hours: To maintain the "Lumanay" (calm) atmosphere of our community, we kindly ask for quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

Eco-Friendly: We encourage our guests to help us conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the unit.

Security: Our community is gated with 24/7 security at the Guard House to ensure you have a safe and worry-free stay.

Food & Groceries: Being so close to SM Hypermarket, it’s very easy to grab fresh supplies if you plan to use our fully equipped kitchen!
