LOCATION IS KEY!

This café themed apartment is designed to accommodate groups who are on a budget (and couples too!) so you can focus on your trip.

Our humble home is convenient for travelers because:
1. Mactan-Cebu International Airport is 11 minutes away
2. Easy access to Cebu City since walking distance to the terminal (jeepney, van, tricycle) and one ride to ferry boat port.
3. Walking distance to Pueblo Verde Outlets, restaurants, groceries.

The space
STANDARD CHECK IN: 2PM
-early check-in is allowed as long as no outgoing guests
-self check-in not allowed

STANDARD CHECK OUT: 12 NOON

BASICS:
Area: 25sqm Studio unit (3rd floor walk-up and innermost building)
- 2HP air-conditioning unit and electric fan
- 43" Smart TV (Netflix and Youtube)
- Coffee bar with ambient lighting

INTERNET: More or less 100 mbps for 5G devices. But for 4G, more or less 50mbps

Bed Set-up (fresh linens always)
a. Standard (for 4 guests or less) - 2 full family beds (1 of which is retractable/acts as a sofa)
b. 5 guest or more - 2 full family beds (perched together on top of our reversed loft) + 1 retractable

Bathing essentials: Shower with heater, liquid soap& shampoo, toilet paper, towels

Kitchen tools: induction cooker, frying pan, rice cooker, electric kettle, utensils and dining ware. Dishwashing soap also provided. Cooking oil and other condiments are not provided.

Complimentary: Coffee sachets and drinking water in half gallon dispenser

Guest access
1. About 5 mins slow walk from main gate to building proper if no vehicle. Please consider the distance especially if you are bringing heavy things
2. Parking is free as of the moment.
3. Other parts of the area are still under construction (building entrance/facade). Our unit is in the innermost building so noise inside is rare.
4. This is a walk up condo (no elevator) and we are in the 3rd floor.
6. The unit has a reversed loft/platform which is about 3ft or hip high (Filipino height)

Lacking features:
- Pool is under construction.
- No lobby
- No available baby cribs
- No refrigerator as of the moment
- No generator
- No provisions for PWDs

Other things to note

We do not recommend bringing children nor senior guests due to our access set-up previously provided. But if you insist, please keep an eye on your kids especially on the reversed loft and window.


GUESTS' RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Kindly provide 1 valid government issued ID as a standard security measure
2) WE DO NOT TOLERATE IRRESPONSIBLE GUESTS. Proper communication is required. Guests are required to inform host of changes at least 5 hrs prior to your confirmed check in/out time in respect to our schedule.
3) Minors must be accompanied by an adult
4) Please be honest with your health condition since you will be in contact with an old person with pre-existing condition during check in and check out. Please state if you are staying for self-quarantine purposes.
5) Guests are held accountable for any damages incurred during their stay and shall be charged accordingly
6) Definitely NO Smoking/Illegal activities and NO pets.
7) Host shall not be held liable for any lost items, and other things out of the hosts control such as internet, electricity, water, force majeure, or any other thing outside the unit.
8) Visitors are allowed only until 8pm, otherwise they will be charged per head per night.

If there's one thing Cebu excels in, that is FOOD!

You want to eat where the locals eat? there are numerous Carenderias (eateries) around the area. The best way to tell if the food is good is that people swarm there.

Remember that I said Pueblo Verde Outlets is just a walking distance? It has restaurants, fast food chains, grocery stores, coffee shops, convenience stores, SPORTS AND CLOTHING OUTLETS (SHOES MAINLY), and entertainment hubs like karaoke and bars. Oh and in the weekend they got live performers.

There are laundry shops right outside the entrance and water refilling stations.
