With 1 car parking slot, free WIFI, hot and cold shower, and cooking is allowed, free of charge. One bedroom has a king bed.
It is just 7 to 10 minutes walk to Botanical Garden, Wright Park, Dancing Fountain and The Mansion and 10 minutes drive to Mines View Park and Good Shepherd.
Walking distance to grocers, pharmacy, bakery, & some restaurants.
7 to 10 minutes drive to SM, Session Road and Burnham Park.

Our property is conveniently located near a store that sells chicken, pork, fish, and fresh veggies.
Grocers, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a laundromat are all within walking distance.
For easy commuting, jeepneys and taxis pass right in front of the building.
Jeepneys travel to popular spots like SM, Burnham Park, the Night Market, and make a stop at Session Road, making it simple to explore the area.

Just a heads-up:
Our building doesn’t have a backup generator. While power outages are rare, they can sometimes happen due to weather or maintenance.
We appreciate your understanding that we can’t offer refunds for these situations, as they’re beyond our control.
The unit can accommodate up to 8 guests, with 2 infants co-sleeping in the king and double beds.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept more than this number. Also, pets aren’t allowed. Thanks for your understanding.
