Welcome to our fun cozy 70’s themed private guest suite. Our centrally located place in the country includes 1 BR, 1 Bath, LR,and kitchen.

The space
We have searched throughout north central Ohio for the best memories of the 70’s and put them all together into our comfortable lower level walkout private guest suite. You'll enjoy convenient parking right at your front door, as well as a beautiful scenic country view. Our spacious wooded lot is located at next to our families Scenic View Farms,
Our Kitchen includes a well stocked coffee (both regular and decaf)and hot cocoa bar featuring a combination drip/k cup coffee maker, as well as a refrigerator, toaster oven, 2 burner cooktop and microwave. You’ll find many other kitchen necessities for quick easy meals.
Our stylish living room decor and furnishings will take you down memory lane. Maybe your own childhood home, or maybe grandma's house.
We have games and puzzles as well as a “free” library. We do have WIFI and a smart tv, (although we're not remote our internet can at times be sketchy) bring your login credentials and hotspot for your guaranteed WIFI needs.
The private bath features a large shower , plush towels , complimentary shampoo and body wash, and a supply of toiletry items should you have forgotten something,
Our groovy bedroom features the music that made the 70's great. Our comfortable queen size bed will have you dreaming of go-go boots and leisure suits. We also have 2 comfy twin rollaways that we can set up (upon request)for additional registered guests in either the bedroom or open area in the living room. If your stay requires work along with play, the desk in the bedroom provides a great private workspace.
Our wooded perimeter yard is a great place to observe wildlife, birdwatch, or enjoy our backyard firepit
Parking is available for oversize vehicles(trailer, car hauler, box truck)
We have 2 sweet kitties that live outdoors on the property (Sonny & Cher). They pretty much stay to themselves but welcome cuddles.

Guest access
Our place in the country has a great yard with a wooded perimeter. We provide wood for our fire pit.

Other things to note
The twin beds are only set up for more than 2 registered guest, or by request.

We do not rent local (living with 45 minutes of Mansfield
Parties and events are not permitted.
We have an additional rental on the main floor of the house.
