Some info has been automatically translated.
This is a traditional Chinese shophouse located in the heart of Chinatown, one of the most authentic neighborhoods in Bangkok. A district well known for still preserving its original essence and old traditions, if you are staying in my house you are bound to experience up close the charming old city life.

The space
Shophouses are a common feature in Chinatown district in Bangkok, as well as other cities in South Asia. They are multi-story buildings that combine a shop or business on the ground floor with residential units on the upper floors. This allows owners to live and work in the same place, reflecting the everyday life of the time when they were built.

In this case the whole shophouse is dedicated to housing.
The house has three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining table. In addition, on this floor there is a kitchen equipped with a fridge and necessary utensils for cooking. There is also a bathroom with a shower and hot water.

The second floor is an open space where there is a living area with a sofa bed and a desk where you can work comfortably. There is also a double bed hidden behind a beautiful screen. This floor have air-conditioning and fan.

On the third floor there is another spacious room with a double bed. From this floor there is access to a private terrace with a table, chairs and a shower to refresh on hot days. This floor also has air-conditioning and a fan.

The house is open concept, there are no doors between the floors, it is a loft.

In short, this house has all the necessary amenities to enjoy a pleasant stay

Other things to note
This house is a very special property that has been carefully maintained in its original state.
While its age gives it great beauty, it also has some drawbacks, such as high ceilings who make steep stairs, which can be not recommended for those with mobility problems.
The house is surrounded by bars and restaurants, our street has become one of the coolest places in the city. But this makes it possible for you to hear noise from the street or the surrounding bars, especially on weekends.

Neighborhood highlights

The house is located in the heart of Chinatown, one of the most authentic neighborhoods in Bangkok. A district well known for still preserving its original essence and old traditions, if you are staying in my house you are bound to experience up close the charming old city life.
Soi Nana, the street where my house is situated, is undoubtedly one of the trendiest places in the city, with cool bars, cafes and art spaces attracting many local visitors.

Apart from that, you will find many other interesting spots – including temples, markets, museums, etc- as well as other hidden-places to be found during the day – you can ask me when you get here!- and after sunset, definitely the best street food in town around Yaowarat Road, all within walking distance from the house.
