Baan Laan is a private suite surrounded by lush greenery, set by the river in Mae Mae village, on the heights of Chiang Dao. Enjoy the garden, the peaceful atmosphere, private parking and modern comfort in an authentic natural setting. No need to walk to reach nature: the river, garden and calm surroundings are all right here.

The space
Baan Laan offers 55 sqm of indoor space, with a living room and sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom on the ground floor. The main bedroom is on the mezzanine, with a king-size bed and a beautiful view over the river. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace, the garden, and a fire place area — a peaceful spot to relax and slow down.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the Baan Laan Suite and its private terrace. They can also enjoy their own outdoor area by the river and garden. The MayamYay property also hosts our other unit, Baan Yay, which has its own outdoor space. Private parking is available on site and may be used by guests from both units.
