The space
Treat yourself to an iodized break in this apartment with warm and neat decoration, located on the second floor (with elevator) of a recent building, in the heart of Saint-Brevin-L'Océan. Here, everything invites you to slow down, breathe and enjoy the sea air.

You will enjoy a living room bathed in light, with a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, open to a comfortable living room with flat screen TV, Hi-Fi channel and sofa bed to accommodate two additional people.

The first bedroom welcomes you with its king size bed (180 x 200), its dressing area and its direct access to the west-facing terrace. Imagine opening the bay window at the end of the day, feeling the salty air and enjoying the sunset lights.

The second bedroom offers two 90 x 200 mattresses installed in the same bed frame, as well as a dressing area.

Between the two bedrooms, the bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer for a comfortable stay. The toilet is separate and equipped with a hand wash basin.

The request for end-of-stay cleaning must be made no later than 72 hours before departure. From July 1 to August 31, no cleaning orders can be made after your arrival. In the event of a reservation made less than 7 days before check-in, requests for linen and cleaning may be accepted subject to availability.

Charging an electric vehicle is not allowed (charging points are located near the property).
