The space
Treat yourself to an iodized break in this apartment with warm and neat decoration, located on the second floor (with elevator) of a recent building, in the heart of Saint-Brevin-L'Océan. Here, everything invites you to slow down, breathe and enjoy the sea air.

You will enjoy a living room bathed in light, with a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, open to a comfortable living room with flat screen TV, Hi-Fi channel and sofa bed to accommodate two additional people.

The first bedroom welcomes you with its king-size bed (180 x 200), its dressing area, and its direct access to the west-facing terrace. Imagine opening the bay window at the end of the day, feeling the salty air and enjoying the sunset lights.

The second bedroom features two 90 x 200 cm mattresses fitted into a single bed frame, plus a dressing area.

Between the two bedrooms, the bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer for a comfortable stay. The toilet is separate and equipped with a hand wash basin.

If booked less than 7 days prior to arrival, linen rental and cleaning requests may be accepted subject to availability.
