QUIET DOGS ONLY!!!! This Airbnb shares walls with 2 other people, if you have an anxious dog that barks while you aren’t there, your reservation will be cancelled no refund and you will have to leave immediately. Dogs required to be on a leash. If no one else is in the backyard, dog may play off the leash as long as both gates are shut. We do have sweet and curious backyard goats & can put them in their pen when asked! If not sure how dog will react to goats, please keep dog leashed. One of my goats has been attacked by a dog before and I’d hate for it to happen again. The goats are very friendly and love attention!

Other things to note
This unit is a private entrance studio (lower level) in a large house. There are 5 other units in the area. Total Isolation will not be achieved, although we do our best to provide a relaxing retreat away from home and include a sleeping machine and earplugs.
• Driveway is a little steep at entrance.
• ONE PARKING SPOT ONLY! We unfortunately don’t have a big lot so one car only please. Because of this, it can be HARDER FOR TRUCKS TO PARK without blocking others so please be mindful of your parking! :)
• Hosts do live next to you, we try to be as quiet as possible!
• YOU MAY HEAR FOOTSTEPS ABOVE YOU and muffled talking as there is a unit above yours!!!!!!!
• QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11am-8am. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF YOUR NOISE LEVEL AS THERE ARE UNITS ABOVE AND NEXT TO YOU. If excessive loudness becomes a problem, we will have to ask you to leave out of respect for the 3 other units in the vicinity.
• QUIET & POTTY TRAINED DOGS ONLY! If your dog anxious barks while you are gone, your reservation will be cancelled no refunds and you will have to leave immediately. This Airbnb shares walls with others and we do not want other guests to be disturbed. If your dog pees inside the unit on any fabric (couches, rugs, etc) you WILL be charged a cleaning fee of $20-$60 depending on mess.
• You may see others on the property as there are other AirBnBs and rentals in the area.
• You may hear roosters crowing, goats bleating, horses neighing, or dogs barking every so often. There is a farm right next door and goats in the backyard. It does sound more muffled in your space, but we provide a sound machine and ear plugs for your comfort.
• No parties or inviting guests over.
• No smoking or vaping in the house!
