This home is in a scenic location.
Located just 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park, our cabin is the perfect starting point for all your adventures. Chalet Village also features 3 swimming pools, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, fitness room, and 3 clubhouses.

If you prefer to stay in, watch your favorite movie on the SmartTVs or head downstairs to play a game of pool, air hockey, or foosball in the game room.

Either way, be sure to enjoy your private hot tubs and rocking chairs on one of two decks.

• INDOOR LIVING: Game Room with Pool, Foosball, and Air Hockey. 55" Smart TV in living room above gas fireplace. Small collection of board games and books.
• KITCHEN: Fully equipped, drip coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots, pans - you name it. You are responsible for your own groceries, spices, and condiments.
• GENERAL: Air conditioning, central heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, hairdryers, essentials
• PARKING: steep driveway that will hold 2-3 vehicles at the top

-- GUEST ACCESS --
• The front door has an electronic lock, you will be provided the code 2 days before check-in. There is no need to check-in at an office or property manager.

-- GUEST INTERACTION --
• This cabin is owned and managed by my wife and I, no Property Manager. If you encounter any issue or need anything to make your stay the best experience, we are here to help.
• We are not local to the cabin, but we’re available via the AirBnB platform from 8am EST to 11pm EST.

-- SECURITY --
• For your safety and ours, there is a security camera that automatically records audio and video of the exterior of the property: It is pointed toward the parking area on the driveway. The camera DOES NOT point toward the spa or any interior spaces.

Whether you’re taking advantage of all the attractions Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer or simply enjoying the perks of the cabin, you’re sure to have a fabulous, memorable stay. So go ahead, make your reservation and start planning your best vacation yet!

Guest access
• You have complete access to the entire cabin. The front door has an electronic lock and you will receive an entry code two days prior to check-in. There is no need for a key and no need to check in at a resort common area.
Arrive anytime after 4 pm.

• The driveway can be intimidating your first time up as it is steep and has a sharp turn. But if we can do it in a fully loaded Kia Soul, you can too! Go forth and be bold and you'll be an expert after that first go.

• There is parking for 2 cars in front of the cabin and a 3rd car in the overflow parking area. Oversized vehicles are not recommended. Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter.

• Black bears are common in our area of the Smokies and our cabin is located in their natural environment. Please help protect the bears. Never feed or approach bears. Please do not leave any food/garbage/trash outside the cabin or inside cars. All garbage must be placed in secured bear proof bins.

Other things to note
No smoking or illegal drug of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The responsible renter must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the cabin. Please book for the correct number of people in your group.

Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Pets are NOT allowed. We have dogs and cats of our own and even they aren't allowed!

The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.

Garbage/ trash must be in a bag and inside the trash can in the bear proof bin.

We do not offer late check out or early check in.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. The driveway may become slippery from rain or snow.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

Please do not disconnect or remove any electronic devices installed in the property.

Neighborhood highlights

Despite being only two miles from downtown our cabin is in the woods so there will be NATURE. Despite having regular scheduled services, there will be seasonal bugs and it is quite probable you'll see bears during your stay. Sticks, acorns, and leaves will be falling in autumn. Roads to the cabin are curvy but paved and well maintained.

We love finding new mountains to shred through fresh powder during the winter and in warmer months we like alternating trips between exploring a new city and something outdoorsy - Although these days with so much closed around the country/world, we’re mostly focused on the outdoor part and will hopefully focus once again on the urban adventures soon. In all seasons I like trying local craft beer and coffee shops. We're super excited to be new hosts and hope you enjoy your stay at our cabin.
