The home features two separate living areas for your group to spread out, two dining areas, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with an island perfect for preparing family meals. The entire home is carpet-free and wheelchair accessible, with new luxury vinyl flooring in all bedrooms.

Guest access
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire 2,200 sq ft home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas. Your private access also includes the game room and the screened-in lanai with the private swimming pool. As our guest, you will also receive complimentary access to the shared resort amenities within the gated community, which include a community gym and beautiful lake access for walks.

Other things to note
Wheelchair Accessibility: The entire home is on one level and is wheelchair accessible. We have portable ramps for all entrances, which are available upon request. Please let us know before your arrival if you require them so we can have them installed for you.

Pool Heat: The private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $35 per day. This is recommended for stays between October and April. Please send us a message after booking to add this option to your stay.

Game Room: Please be aware that the game room is located in the converted garage and is not climate-controlled (no AC or heat).
