Located at one of the most beautiful and touristic Oporto quarters, Avantgarde by Upperground is surround by several landmarks of this historical city. Lello Bookstore, Clérigos Tower and the Cordoaria garden are at a 5 minute walking distance. At the same time distance, you will be in Paris Galleries where you can choose from a great diversity of coffee shops and bars for guaranteed entertainment!
The space
Specifically, this Selection flat has 60sq feet, 1 bedroom with double bed and closet. It offers a living room with flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, over 140 channels, coffee machine (capsules included) and all that is required for an exceptionally comfortable stay.
There is a double sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern, practical and comfortable decor.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy the silence and peacefulness.
As in all Upperground apartments, daily rate includes PURE amenities, and, regardless of the initial cleaning prior to the entry of our guests, we offer a complete weekly cleaning with a change of towels and bed linen for stays of 1 week or more.
