OUTSTANDING LOCATION WITH SPA & POOL TABLE—WALK TO VILLAGE! Enchanting Avalon is in an ideal, peaceful spot—just 0.4 mi. to the Village shops & restaurants, less than 1 mi. to the lake, & 2.5 mi. to Snow Summit.

The space
-We are so proud and happy to offer Avalon for your next adventure!
-This enchanting split-level cabin is the perfect getaway for friends and family. With its spacious upstairs game room, chef’s kitchen, and bedrooms spread out on 3 levels, there’s plenty of space to be together AND to have separate areas as needed.
-The perfect location—so close to the village, you can walk! (0.4 miles). Also 2.5 miles to Snow Summit, and just over a mile to the lake.
-The block behind is the National Forest with trails in every direction for hiking and sledding.
-Family-friendly/kid-friendly (play kitchen, toys, books, etc.) ; ideal for 1-2 small families, or 1 large family.
-PLEASE NOTE: this is not a party house!
-Main floor wood stove features an insert with blower for extra warmth.
-Forced air heat throughout.
-Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and lots of extras: griddle, crockpot, 14-cup coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, new cookware, basic spices, olive oil, and kids' dishes, cups, utensils, and highchair.
-7 seat spa in big, wooded, fully-fenced backyard
-New gas barbecue grill and picnic table.
-Four flatscreen TVs (one in each bedroom and one in living/game room), including Netflix, Amazon Prime, MAX, and over 100 movies (tons of Disney titles!), and Disney Plus.
-Relax and unwind in the expansive, wooded backyard, which is fully fenced—if you want to bring a four-legged family member.
-Main floor bedroom is expansive, and holds a California King and a double bed for sleeping. There is also a desk/office area set up, as well as a closet. The main floor bathroom is adjacent.
-Upstairs room holds a Queen bed and it’s own private bath.
-Downstairs room has a double bed with a pull-out, single-bed trundle.
-TVs in each bedroom, and in the game room. Apple TV, MAX, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney plus and more!
-The huge game room opens out to a wide deck with mountain and valley views.
-Play pool, a game of Ms. Pac-man, or cards or a board game at the game table. There’s something for everyone!
-Nest thermostats
-Dressers in each bedroom
-Hangers in closets
-Note: there are no laundry facilities
Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the house, the decks, and the front yard and backyard.
Guests will not have access to the garages, the sheds in the backyard, and an inside hall cabinet.
Other things to note
No parties or events. This is a violation of the Avalon House Rules and Big Bear Lake’s Private Home Rental Ordinance and may result in eviction and fines from your hosts and the City of Big Bear Lake.
Violation of the following will result in a $500 fine from the City of Big Bear Lake:
• Exceeding occupancy or parking limits listed above.
• No amplified music may be audible beyond the property line 24/7.
• Spa is closed from 10pm-7am.
• No parking on the street yard 24/7.
• No trash may be left on the property.
• Fireplace ashes must be properly stored.
-There are no laundry facilities; there is no washer and dryer.
