Neighborhood highlights

Quiet, Friendly, Residential

The location is perfect for lots of beautiful walks, close to pubs and restaurants and the sea can be seen almost as soon as you leave your door.

Mevagissey is hilly and there is a walk up a fairly steep road from the main car park to your accommodation. The approximate cost of parking here is £8 per 24 hours.

Much of the nearby coastline is owned and protected by the National Trust and offers spectacular coastal walks. Mevagissey caters well for everyday needs having a variety of shops, gift shops, public houses, and restaurants, as well as an activity/sports centre with sports grounds and a spa retreat nearby.

Outside school holidays there is a lovely pool and restaurant available to all at Pentewan Sands.

Locally there are Porthpean, Gorran Haven, Pentewan, Portmellon and Caerhays beaches as well as a range of renowned attractions a short drive away such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

There is a fabulous off road walk directly to Heligan starting at our property. Even if you choose not to pay to go in to Heligan, there is a lovely cafe, shop and toilets with free access if you choose just to enjoy a walk there and back.

We have lived in the harbour village of Mevagissey for over 5 years and are very proud to call this home. We have stayed in lots of accommodation in Cornwall over the past few years so we know how important it is to have somewhere clean and cosy to lay your head after a day's exploring. If you have any questions please get in touch with us.
