Since this is a working Nursery, not every area is available, but upon check-in we will provide a map of suitable walking areas.

The entire 50 acres is filled with wildlife, birds and the reservoir is teaming with it's own wildlife. Sorry no boating is allowed on the reservoir.

Other things to note
Events & Gatherings:
We typically maintain a quiet residential environment and do not allow standard parties. However, we are happy to consider small events (up to 30 people) on a case-by-case basis if you reach out to us prior to booking.

Because we operate on a septic system and have limited parking, the following requirements apply to approved gatherings of 25–30 guests:

Capacity: We have beds for 12 guests. We allow a maximum of 30 total attendees on-site for the event itself.

Facilities: To protect our septic system, a mandatory portable restroom (porta-potty) rental is required ($100/day).

Parking: We can accommodate up to 5 cars. Any additional vehicles will incur a $100 fee.

Clean-up: A $25 extra trash fee applies to all events to cover the additional haul-away.
