Enjoy the shared gazebo lounge, grilling station, fire pit, and hot tub—perfect for relaxed afternoons or quiet evenings under the stars. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM to preserve the peaceful setting. Free parking is available for one vehicle.

Looking to make your stay extra special? Treat yourself to a private jacuzzi experience, perfect for romantic evenings or peaceful solo soaking under the stars. The inflatable hot tub accommodates two people and heats to 104°F. A 24-hour notice is required, and robes are provided. $75/day or $125/stay

You have full, private access to the tiny home, including the cozy loft bedroom, bathroom, mini kitchen, living area with HDTV and Netflix, and climate control throughout.
Outside, guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property, including the peaceful 2.4-acre grounds. Your stay includes access to the unit you’ve selected as well as shared common areas featuring a hot tub, gazebo, grill area, and fire pit. If you prefer exclusive use of a private hot tub during your stay, we offer an upgrade for $150 to reserve it solely for your use.
Please Note: Shared common areas close at 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Use of the outdoor grill is available by request and requires prior approval from the homeowner.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, only individuals listed on the Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property. We are building a peaceful, community-style tiny home environment and want to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave immediately, and unfortunately, this may result in the removal of the registered guest as well.
