Guest access
You have full, private access to the tiny home, including the cozy bedroom, bathroom, mini kitchen, living area with HDTV and Netflix, and climate control throughout.
Outside, guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property, including the peaceful 2.4-acre grounds. Your stay includes access to the unit you’ve selected as well as shared common areas featuring a hot tub, gazebo, grill area, and fire pit. If you prefer exclusive use of a private hot tub during your stay, we offer an upgrade for $150 to reserve it solely for your use.
Please Note: Shared common areas close at 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Use of the outdoor grill is available by request and requires prior approval from the homeowner.

The home provides an eco friendly design. We are earth lovers who are aiming to show guest how they can live in luxury while reducing their carbon footprint and impact on the earth.
The only individuals allowed on the property are those that are on the reservation booked with Airbnb. We are building a tiny house community for guest. We like to know who is on the property at all times for everyone’s safety and enjoyment of the outdoor amenities. If unauthorized guest enter the property they will be asked to leave immediately and we will be forced to ask you to also leave the property.
