This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Enjoy a stylish experience in this amazing loft located on a 12th floor between Old San Juan and Condado area with the Atlantic Ocean view. The apt is equipped with everything you need to relax and have a great stay. Just 6 mins to Old SJ, 4 mins to Condado, 3 mins to Escambron beach, 5 mins to T-Mobile District and 15 mins from the airport. Building has security 24 hours, gym and one assigned garage parking.

The space
The apt is located in a fairly new building on the 12th floor. It is a loft type 690sqft apt. Really nice and open space with high cealings and an amazing ocean view. It has an a/c central unit. Queen size bed, full bath, full kitchen, and living room. Building has a 24 hour doorman, a gym located on the 2nd floor and a parking garage.

Other things to note
Guests are required to register with security upon arrival. Need to provide an Id and information. An electronic key will be provided that allows access to apt floor, garage and gym floor.

The builiding is located in a centric safe area, minutes from hotels, casinos, nightlife, restaurants and beach. To one side you will have Condado and Miramar and to the other Old San Juan. You also will find many fast foods and inexpensive dining options within a few minutes or delivery (Uber Eats, Door Dash,UVA!)

Mall of San Juan and Plaza Las Americas Mall, are just 15 minutes away by car. El Yunque Rain Forest is 45 minutes away drive, Old San Juan is 6 minutes, Condado 5 minutes and closest beach (El Escambron Beach) just 3 minutes.
