rooms,This beautiful house has 4 bedrooms upstairs with freshly renovated ensuite, bathrooms,each room is self contained and a balcony, kitchen/loungeroom/dining area/outside areas,common areas are all shared with everything supplied except food and drinks.
The space
This beautiful two storey house is along the coast of western Australia,45 minutes from Perth city and airport, 2 minutes drive to two rocks which has a tavern and a few restaurants,post office,iga,bottle shop,where youcan sit and have a meal with gorgeous views of the marina and Indian ocean, you can even book a tour to go crayfishing and eat fresh crays from the boat,10 minute drive to yanchep national Park where you can relax have a beer or wine while watching the kangaroos and koalas,7 minutes to yanchep lagoon which is a must see while you are here with beautiful pristine beaches,this house boasts 4 large rooms upstairs each with private ensuites and balcony's where you can watch the gorgeous sunset setting into the Indian ocean,, freshly renovated bathrooms,split cycle air conditioning/heater,Wifi, tv, wardrobe's,kettle,tea,coffee,sugar,mini fridge,each room has fresh linen/towels and shampoo/conditioner/body soap all included in the price,head downstairs to big commercial kitchen,loungeroom split aircon/Heater ,tv with Netflix,dining area,washing machine and dryer and we also have an outdoor shower, there's a nice BBQ area to sit and relax.
