**IMPORTANT** As owners and managers of this house, the safety and well-being of our guests is our number one priority, making our guests feel comfortable is the most important thing to us. We want all of our guests to feel safe while staying at our property, so we employ a cleaning company with trained employees who practice enhanced cleaning protocols and use cleaning products in accordance with CDC guidelines designed to disinfect and mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

This single story house has a lot of space. It is tastefully decorated and furnished, there are 5 bedrooms all with SmartTV and 3 bathrooms. There are two main bedrooms with insuite bathrooms and each one with a double bed, another room with 2 twin beds, decorated with Minnie Mouse for the little ones in the house and for the little ones a room with a bunk bed decorated in the Mickey Mouse style. Finally another room with 2 personal beds for the rest of the family. A separate family bathroom also doubles as a poolside bathroom to minimize wet footprints in the house!

The living room and dining room are bright and comfortable. The dining table seats 4 and a kitchen bar seats 4. The comfortable sofas in the living room and the 55" TV help you relax and enjoy a family movie or your favorite shows.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has an electric oven, coffee machine, mixers, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, small pantry and a large American style fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser.

Outside there is a good size fully screened in patio area, with a private pool, a patio furniture set with 4 chairs and a round table and 3 sun loungers. There is a game room in the garage and off street parking for another two cars. Free WIFI.

The pool has its maintenance every week
The pool has electric heating (cost not included in the reservation, it must be set 24 hours in advance so that the water reaches the desired temperature).

Clear Creek rental home complex is a lovely quiet community conveniently located one and a half miles north of US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27, travel time to Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes . There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, gas station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and takeaway pizza (with free delivery). There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe's just to the south in Cagan's Crossing and restaurants across the highway in a newly built strip mall.

US Highway 192 is famous for its many souvenir shops, miniature golf courses, including the Arnold Palmer-designed Orange Lake Golf Club, and restaurants that are too numerous to mention. You'll never run out of things to do and you'll be just minutes from your peaceful Clear Creek vacation haven..
