This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa sleeps up to 6 with two king en-suite bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, Ashe Mare Villa features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private waterfront patio with direct access to the water.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests:
• Bedroom 1: King bed with private en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: King bed with private en-suite bathroom
• Living Room: Queen sofa bed
• Additional half bathroom in the main living area

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire townhouse, including both king bedrooms, all bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry area, private waterfront patio, and direct water access.
Guests may swim, fish, and launch kayaks directly from the property.
Self check-in is available through a smart lock for a smooth and convenient arrival.
Please note that there is no private boat dock at Ashe Mare Villa, and trailers of any kind are not permitted at the property or in the parking lot.
Duck Key Marina is located within walking distance of the villa and offers boat slips and trailer parking for a fee. Additional marinas are also available nearby. Guests are responsible for contacting the marina directly to arrange availability and pricing.
Grills and smokers are not permitted on the property or HOA/resort grounds in accordance with Florida Fire Code regulations.
Ashe Mare Villa is privately owned and located within the Hawks Cay community. It is not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort, and access to Hawks Cay Resort hotel amenities, pools, or other resort-only facilities is not included with your reservation.
