To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, we kindly ask guests to observe the following:

Check-out: 11:00 AM
Maximum occupancy: 16 guests
Up to 5 additional guests welcome with a ₱800 head fee per person
No smoking or vaping inside the house
No pets allowed
Please treat the property with care and report any accidental damage immediately.
Kindly wash used dishes and dispose of trash before checkout.
No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
No food near the pool area.
