Other things to note
Apartment in a family condominium. No parties, loud sound, prostitution and drug use in space. No animals are allowed in this accommodation.
The apartment is on the 1st floor( equivalent to the 2nd), has no crib, security screen on the windows and on the balcony. Therefore, the presence of children under 12, especially infants and young children, is not prohibited but not recommended for reasons of space and safety.

The wardrobe is locked for the host's use ( only two drawers are available). We have two hangers with hangers.
The apartment does not have a safe deposit box for storing objects and jewelry.
The double beds have a bed sheet lining the mattress, two pillows with pillowcases and individual blankets to cover. The single bunk bunk has liners lining the two beds, two pillows with pillowcases and individual blankets to cover.
1 bath towel per person will be available, regardless of the number of days booked.
Bed linens, as well as towels, soaps and toilet paper, are extra pampering that we offer guests on their arrival, but it is important to note that we do not offer room service with the constant replacement and replacement of these pieces. Always keep the garage door closed for safety and to avoid disturbing the neighborhood. Subject to condominium fines.
In case of loss of the entrance key of the apartment, the key chain service will be the responsibility of the guest. The same will be applied to the loss of garage gate control.
Please respect the scheduled check-in and check-out time for cleaning time.
It is mandatory to inform the copies of guest IDs with the host so that they can comply with the security standards required by the condominium administrator, otherwise they will not be sent the rules, passwords, address and the accommodation cannot be completed. This information must be made no later than 24 hours before check-in. In case the check-in is on the same day, it must be sent at the same time of the reservation
No matters related to the bureaucracy of the accommodation ( check-in, check-out, doubts) will be addressed and answered in the early hours of the morning, only during business hours in Brazil from Sunday to Sunday.
Check-in has a time limit because, after 10 p.m., the entrance door to the hall is locked, preventing access. The building does not have a doorman.
The cleaning fee refers to the change of linens, towels, dust cleaning, cleaning of the apartment and washing and sanitizing of the bathroom. It does not include the washing of the dishes, pans and the removal of food scraps from dishes and sink, in addition to the disposal of the trash. Please leave this part organized. If this determination is not followed, an extra cleaning fee of R$190.00 will be charged.
We take no responsibility for forgotten objects in the apartment.
The apartment's capacity is 6 guests, but an additional fee of R$38.00 per guest will be charged when the reservation is for more than 4 guests.
We do not accept change of dates made after the check-in date.
In case of withdrawal, the amount paid will not serve as a credit for reservations on other dates.
