Located only 75 minutes from NYC, this architectural mid-century retreat is immersed in the scenic beauty of the Hudson Valley.

The towns of Cold Spring & Beacon are just a few minutes drive away. As are numerous hikes, such as Breakneck Ridge & Bear Mountain State Park. The area is full of activities from farmers markets, golf, kayaking and galleries (Dia: Beacon, Magizzino).

The sparkling pool and garden is perched above the Hudson River with sweeping views.

The space
The Space.
There are 3 beautiful bedrooms, all with views over the pool and the Hudson River.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath looking out over the view. The other, more private with a shower.

A large living open plan kitchen, living, dining room with fireplace that opens out onto a deck that overlooks the garden, pool and views.

There is also an outdoor dining area to enjoy morning coffee or alfresco meals.

The house has a working log fire in the living room and outdoor log fire pit.

A projector with Apple TV.

WiFi coverage in all rooms.

Heating and AC throughout the whole house.

Large garden and swimming pool.

Laundry (washer and dryer) and outdoor line. There is also a laundrette in Cold Springs.

A short drive from Cold Springs, Beacon, Boscobel, Manitoga, The Shakespeare Company, The Garrison Institute, Dia: Beacon, Magazzino, Storm King, Cold Springs farmers market (Saturdays) and many hikes including Anthony’s Nose, Manitou, Breakneck Ridge, Bear Mountain.

Other things to note
We love animals, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

And please no parties or smoking.
