A cozy, quiet traditional log cabin apartment in the heart of Äkäslompolo, Ylläs. Outdoor activities and all services are within walking distance.
Fully equipped apartment can comfortable accommodate six people. There is sauna, fireplace, free wi-fi and fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher. House has a common open-air fire place and ski maintenance room. Firewood and use of kick sledges is included in the rental.
You can easily reach us by taking flight to Kittilä or Rovaniemi or by train.

The space
Our log cabin apartment is located in the center of Äkäslompolo village, Ylläs, only a 45-minutes drive from the Kittilä International Airport. You can easily reach us by taking a Finnair flight from Helsinki or direct flights from London, Paris, Brussels, Zurich, München, Frankfurt, Berlin, Dusseldorf during the high season. You can also fly to Rovaniemi and rent a car ( it takes 2,5 hours to drive to Äkäslompolo ).
Alternatively, you can take an overnight train from Helsinki to Kolari and then a bus (30 min) to Äkäslompolo, Ylläs.
Distance from Rovaniemi is 180 km, which you can reach easily by rental car. There is also some buses to Kittilä and then to Äkäslompolo.

Our rental is conveniently located near all activities and services, including skiing tracks 50m away, skibusses to the fells 200m away, skiing equipment rental 900m away, the closest restaurant 700m away, and a grocery shop 1.1km away. With everything so close, you won't need a car during your stay.
