PLEASE READ! -
You will be able to access the entire main floor. This includes the living room, dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and full kitchen. You will also have a large front porch and access the the backyard patio, pool, hot tub, gazebo, and fireplace.
As mentioned, the upper level is a bridal suite. It is locked and for wedding guest use only.
If you would like to also rent the lower level with another kitchen, beds for 7 more people, games like shuffleboard, basketball, video games, air hockey and foosball, please let us know!
We also have a venue on the property down the drive away from the house. We remind guests if they are booked during your stay they are not able to park in the area by the house or go to the house.
⚠️ Guest Limit and Criminal Trespass Notice (Missouri Law Applies)
This property allows a maximum of 6 guests to occupy the home overnight or be present on the premises at any time unless prior written consent is given by the host.
No additional guests, visitors, or parties are permitted without written host approval.
Unauthorized entry beyond this limit constitutes criminal trespassing under Missouri Revised Statutes § 569.140 and may result in immediate removal from the property, notification to local law enforcement, and forfeiture of all payments.
Guests acknowledge that booking this property constitutes agreement to these terms. Any violation may also be considered a breach of Airbnb’s Terms of Service and subject to federal action for fraudulent or unauthorized use of private property.
Other things to note
The house sleeps 6 in beds. One twin mattress is in the closet you can add a sheet to it if needed.
Our pool is Summer only (Usually May-Sept) it is not heated.
We have recently added a hot tub! If you want to use it, please ensure the cover is set on its rack, not the ground. You MUST cover the hot tub after use or when you aren’t in it. Please shower or not have any tanner or lotion on. The water will quickly show if any of the above gets in.
As mentioned multiple times, the upper suite is our bridal suite for our wedding guests and is locked as well as the lower level unless you want to add it on.
Also absolutely No smoking inside. There is a $350 fine. Quiet time starts at 11 pm.
PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6 people. This is monitored, and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $2000 fine.
