Our standard rate includes a set number of guests.
For any additional guests beyond the standard occupancy, there is a ₱350 fee per person per night.

Pet policy 🐾
To ensure a clean and allergy-safe environment for all our guests, we cannot allow pets.
Service Animals are welcome but please clean up after them and make sure they are not left unattended for long periods.

Cooking dried fish or any food with storing odour is NOT allowed.
Grilling area is STRICTLY at the front of the house.
🚭 Smoking & Vaping Policy
For the comfort and health of all our guests, smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed inside the house.

*Guests are requested to return all billiard and table tennis equipment to the designated area after playing.*

How to use the stove:
1.) Turn on the gas tank underneath the stove top.
2.) Press and hold for three second while twisting the stove knob to the left to turn on the stove.
3.) Enjoy cooking. :)
