Welcome to our beach home! With beach-facing balconies on the 2nd & 3rd floors, it is perfect for sunsets and entertaining.

Enjoy ocean views from the front patio, plus a large private back patio for BBQs, dining, and relaxing.

The home is just a 5-minute walk to Rio Del Mar Beach and 20 minutes to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Bright, airy spaces, a great kitchen, and nonstop coastal vibes.

The space
Two bedrooms, three full baths, and easy parking make this Aptos beach house a sweet spot for families or friends. Sleep comfortably in a master queen bedroom plus a second room with two queen-over-queen bunks—great for kids, cousins, or a crew.

Spread out across multiple levels with bright natural light and ocean views. The top-floor living space is the hangout hub: a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV (Roku + Netflix), strong Wi-Fi throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen with ocean views—so even making coffee feels like vacation. Two-car parking included for stress-free arrivals and day trips.

Guest access
The driveway will fit two compact cars side-by-side or one large vehicle. Street parking in the neighborhood is also available.

Other things to note
While the house is dog-friendly, the fence has wide posts, so it may not contain smaller dogs. The area is very dog-friendly and the beach is a very short walk away.
