The space
The apartment has a large balcony facing the facade, with direct access to the suite.

The suite has a standard double bed, a private bathroom with a shower stall and a 50" Smart TV.

The second bedroom has a trundle bed and an extra mattress, comfortably accommodating up to two people.

There is also a guest bathroom with a shower stall, offering greater convenience for stays with more than two people.

The social area integrates living room and kitchen in a fluid and well-used environment, also equipped with a 50" Smart TV. The kitchen has essential utensils for everyday life, and the dining area accommodates up to four people.

Next to the entrance, a small space has been adapted for support, allowing you to organize shoes with practicality.

The “Giant's Apartment” is located on the 2nd floor of the Solar D'Ati Building, with access via stairs (there is no elevator).

The accommodation is part of the Solar D’Ati Building, which is composed of Apês and Tiny Houses and functions as a small residential condominium with a family profile, where we value the good coexistence between residents and guests.

It is in a residential street, very quiet and without exit, with predominantly circulation of residents. At the end of it there is a wooded public square in a residential area with controlled access, which contributes to a quieter and more reserved environment.

The region offers excellent infrastructure just a few minutes away: large market chains (Guanabara, Prezunic and Supermarket), drugstores (Raia, Drogasmil and neighborhood pharmacies), the region's main shopping mall (Center Shopping), gyms (Bodytech, Smart Fit and others), the Lona Cultural Jacob do Bandolim, as well as cafes, bakeries, restaurants and gastronomic poles. We also offer a guide with suggestions from the region we visit.

Located in the Tanque district, very close to the center of Pechincha and the BRT Tanque Terminal. It is a very strategic location. We have quick access to two exits of the Yellow Line and also to Grajaú-Jacarepaguá, which greatly facilitates the movement to different regions of the city, such as Barra da Tijuca, Zona Sul, airports and important places of events and tourism, such as Maracanã, Engenhão, Olympic Park and Riocentro.

Parking is carried out on the street, free of charge and usually with ease, including in front of the building. No private space booked.
