There are shops, cafes, restaurants, bars featuring live entertainment for your enjoyment just down stairs at the Marina boulevard
Take a plunge into the pool right outside your terrace or walk to the beautiful Praia Dos Pescadores for a relaxing beach day.
A short walk will take you in to Old Town with a scale of nice Portugues restaurants. A parking spot in the garage will be available at all times.
The space
Upon entering this spacious, tastefully decorated apartment, you will find two large bedrooms with electric shutters and aircons.
The Master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a double bath, tilet, sink and bidet.
The second bedroom has two single beds, which can made as a double with a separate bathroom in the main hallway.
The bright living room with sitting area has TV and WIFI.
Reading corner and dining area provides plenty of room for everyone.
Through the sliding doors you have an open terrace at the front with direct access to the pool which also provides sunbeds and umbrellas for your comfort.
Around the corner a more private terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun or afternoon shade.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, full fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, electric juicer, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery of top quality.
You can easily cook your own meals in this well equipped kitchen.
This apartment is on the main road of the Marina which makes it easy to get to and from when using public transit.

Guests have the whole apartment to themselves with private entry and a parking spot in a gated parking garage.

No groups of young people allowed
No party of events without explicit consent of the owner or property manager
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace
No pets allowed
At the pool area there are rules which have to be followed up at any time.
The pool area is fended, but not guarded. So it can be a safety issue for small childern, without swimming abilities.
Quite hours are from 22.00 till 9.00.
The municipality of Albufeira levies a tourist tax for the period from April 1 to October 31 of € 2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights. If you book outside this period, this tax will be waived. This will be settled before the booking is finally accepted by us.

The Marina area is a real nice place with colorful architecture. A nice boulevard with all restaurants, shops and bars for a nice lunch of diner just downstairs of the complex with Old Town and beaches in a walking distance.
Take a boat tour to the Benegil Caves from the marina or go golfing at one of the most spectacular golf course the Algarve has to offer you.
