The space
Aoamis at Liwa is a loft-type villa which can comfortably house 10-12 people. Our beach house villa was designed by a small group of friends for families & friends, hence the name Aoamis which means Friends in Sambal, the local dialect of Zambales.

Our villa is a haven where you can relax & enjoy the slow life, a quick escape from the fast-paced city life. Just as we did on our first time, we hope our villa can also inspire and make you see the magic here at this vibrant surfing town. 🤍

Guest access
Our guests have full and exclusive access to all of our amenities during their stay. Here are some of the many exciting amenities our guests can enjoy:

Moreover, our villa is just a 5 min. walk to the beach where you can surf, play football or volleyball, ride an ATV, or simply unwind and bask in the sunset — perfect for all types of guests! Our villa is also just a walking distance to nearby bars, cafes, and restaurants! 🌊

Other things to note
- For bigger groups more than 12 pax (max. of 18 pax), the additional rate per person is charged at Php 1,200/head inclusive of beddings & bath towels!
- Pets are allowed in the villa and are FREE of charge so you may bring all your fur babies with you during your stay with us!
- Our swimming pool has a gradient/slope flooring beginning from 3 ft. to 4 ft. Please exercise caution at all times, and ensure children are always accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool. Pets are strictly not allowed in the swimming pool.
- A security deposit of Php 2,000 will be required prior to check-in. This will be returned after checkout.
- No smoking inside the villa at all times.
- Liwliwa is a continuously growing town, and so is still an ongoing work in progress. That said, there is a possibility of a power outage and/or water shortage during peak dates (holidays, long weekends). But don’t worry! If it does happen, we will be with you guys every step of the way — we have a generator and emergency packages will also be provided by our caretaker!
- In-house complimentary wi-fi will be provided to our guests during their stay. The villa also features a spacious garage for parking.
